Shipping & returns

Shipping within Italy is included in the price of every kit: the price you see is the price you pay.

We prepare your kit within 1–2 business days of your order; delivery usually takes 2–5 business days by express courier.

Your delivery address is collected securely during checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

You don't have to wait for the courier to get started: the video masterclass unlocks in your Classroom right after purchase, so you can get familiar with the first lessons while the kit is on its way.

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and withdraw from the kit purchase, no questions asked.

The kit must be returned complete and undamaged. The right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content you have already started consuming with your consent, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return once opened (for example food and drinks).

To start a return, write to us from the Contact page quoting your order number: we'll guide you step by step.

If your kit arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the contents: we'll replace the affected items at no extra cost.
