- What exactly do I get with my purchase?
- A single purchase includes the physical kit shipped to your home and lifetime access to the video masterclass for that hobby.
- Do I need experience to start?
- No. Every hobby starts from the basics and guides you step by step. We always show the difficulty level on the course page.
- How long can I watch the lessons?
- Forever. Once you buy a hobby, its masterclass stays in your Classroom with no time limit.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is included in the kit price. Your address is collected securely during checkout.
- Can I gift a hobby?
- Of course. On every hobby page you'll find the Gift button: after payment we generate a code and email it to the recipient (or to you, if you prefer to hand it over in person). They enter their address and receive the kit and masterclass. The code never expires.
- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, as provided by EU law. You'll find all the details on the Shipping & returns page.
- How long does delivery take?
- We prepare the kit within 1–2 business days and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. The masterclass, however, unlocks right after purchase: you can start while the kit is on its way.
- Are some kits restricted to adults?
- Yes: kits involving alcohol (whiskey, gin, wine, beer, mixology) are restricted to people aged 18 or over. We ask you to confirm this explicitly before purchase or gifting.
- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Each hobby is a one-time purchase: no renewals, no fees. The kit arrives at your door and the masterclass is yours forever.
- Can I watch any lessons before buying?
- Many courses offer the first lesson as a free preview, and every hobby page shows the full curriculum with modules and lesson lengths.
